Is there a reason a home warranty wouldn’t be available on a fixer upper; and what company should I request?

Home warranty’s generally don’t cover Pre-existing conditions...sort of like health insurance. But as long as they are ok knowing that and that it will only cover items that break in the future, I’d recommend home warranty of america.
